VIP table: 15 levels, from ₹1 to ₹100 daily guarantee
The RS9 VIP program runs from VIP1 to VIP15. This walkthrough explains how the program works, what changes at each level, and which privileges are recorded in the captured public snapshot.
How the VIP program works in one paragraph
The VIP program is a 15-tier ladder that begins automatically once total bets cross ₹1,000. Each level carries a daily guaranteed amount (paid for a fixed window of days), a cashback percentage for losses in games, rummy or fantasy, a one-time level-up bonus, a fee-free withdrawal limit and a number of free withdrawals per period. The ladder rises from VIP1 (₹1 daily guaranteed amount for 3 days, ₹5 level-up bonus) to VIP15 (₹100 daily guaranteed amount for 30 days, ₹10,000 level-up bonus).
The ₹1,000 bet threshold
Until total bets cross ₹1,000, the account is not on the VIP ladder and does not earn cashback or the daily guaranteed amount.
The threshold is the same for every account. It is reached when the cumulative bet total across games, rummy and fantasy crosses ₹1,000. Bets placed before the threshold is reached count toward the threshold but do not earn VIP privileges. Bets placed after the threshold count toward the threshold and earn VIP privileges from the level the account is on at the time the bet is placed.
The threshold is reset when an account is closed and reopened. If you self-exclude or are excluded by the operator, the threshold restarts at zero on the next account opening.
The fixed window of days
The daily guaranteed amount is paid for a fixed window of days after the level is reached.
VIP1 through VIP5 carry a 3-day window. VIP6 through VIP10 carry a 5-day window. VIP11 and VIP12 carry a 7-day window. VIP13 and VIP14 carry a 14-day window. VIP15 carries a 30-day window. The window is one-time per level - reaching VIP15 again after a level decrease does not extend the original 30-day window.
The daily guaranteed amount is paid on the operator's settlement cycle. Most operators settle daily, so the amount appears the next day after the level is reached. Read the operator's settlement cycle inside the app if the timing matters.
Three categories, three percentages
Cashback percentages apply to net losses in the named category. Mixing categories does not stack the percentages.
Games cashback ranges from 3% at VIP1 to 10% at VIP15. Rummy cashback ranges from 0.3% at VIP1 to 1% at VIP15. Fantasy cashback ranges from 0.5% at VIP1 to 1.7% at VIP15. The percentages are calculated on net losses for the period (commonly a calendar week).
Net loss is calculated as total stakes minus total payouts. If the net result for the period is positive, cashback for that period is zero. If the net result is negative, cashback is calculated on the negative number using the category percentage.
Cashback is paid as a separate credit inside the app. It is not added to the next stake and it is not withdrawable until the operator's standard withdrawal conditions are met.
One-time per level
The level-up bonus is paid once when the level is reached. It is not retroactive to bets placed before the level was reached.
The level-up bonus ranges from ₹5 at VIP1 to ₹10,000 at VIP15. The bonus is paid on the next settlement cycle after the level is reached. The bonus carries the operator's standard bonus terms (wagering requirement, time limit, category restriction) unless the operator publishes a no-wager variant.
If the account falls back to a lower level after the level-up bonus is paid, the bonus is not clawed back. The next level-up bonus is paid when the higher level is reached again.
Per-period limit and free withdrawal count
Fee-free withdrawals are counted per period. The period length and the fee-free limit depend on the level.
VIP1 through VIP5 allow one fee-free withdrawal per period up to ₹10 Lakhs. VIP6 through VIP10 allow two per period up to ₹20 Lakhs. VIP11 through VIP15 allow three per period up to ₹50 Lakhs. Withdrawals above the fee-free limit carry the operator's standard processing fee.
The fee-free limit applies to the gross withdrawal amount, not to the net amount after fees. A withdrawal of ₹10 Lakhs at VIP1 is fee-free; a withdrawal of ₹11 Lakhs at VIP1 carries the standard fee on the full amount, not just on the excess.
How a VIP level can decrease
The public source notes that VIP level may decrease because of prolonged inactivity or insufficient bets.
The exact maintenance rules are listed inside the app. Common rules include a minimum monthly bet total, a maximum idle period and a minimum number of distinct sessions. Accounts that fall below the maintenance threshold are moved down the ladder on the next maintenance cycle.
When a level decreases, the daily guaranteed amount and the cashback percentages reset to the new level. Outstanding fee-free withdrawals are not clawed back, but the free withdrawal count and limit for the new period are recalculated from the new level.
What each column of the VIP table actually means
The full table appears earlier in this post. This section reads the columns one at a time so you do not have to scroll.
Daily guaranteed amount
A fixed rupee amount paid each day for a fixed window once the level is reached. The window length grows with the level.
Cashback percentages
Three separate columns: games, rummy and fantasy. They apply to net losses in the named category only.
Fee-free withdrawal limit
The maximum withdrawal amount per fee-free withdrawal, plus how many fee-free withdrawals the level allows in the period.
Five things that quietly drop a VIP level
From the public source's maintenance notes. The brand app does not flash a banner; the level just changes on the next cycle.
Long inactivity is the most common reason a level drops. The maintenance threshold is not published externally; the inside-app notification is the only signal.
Mixing categories at the wrong ratio is the second. The cashback ladder assumes net loss in the matching category; a player whose volume shifts toward fantasy only will lose the rummy cashback tier but keep the fantasy tier, even at a higher gross volume.
Reading a single column as the whole story is the third. A level can carry a high daily guaranteed amount and a low cashback percentage, or the reverse.
Assuming the level-up bonus is recurring. It is paid once, when the level is reached.
Assuming fee-free withdrawals reset by amount rather than by count. The reset is by count per period.

How the 15 levels group into four working clusters
The 15-tier ladder is easier to read when grouped into four functional clusters. The cluster boundaries align with the size of the cashback percentage and the daily guaranteed amount.
Cluster 1: Entry (levels 1-3). Cashback sits in the 3-4% range on games, 0.3% on rummy and 0.5-0.6% on fantasy. The daily guaranteed amount is small. This cluster is what the platform uses to onboard new accounts and confirm they meet the ₹1,000 bet threshold.
Cluster 2: Mid (levels 4-8). Cashback on games climbs to 5-6%, rummy to 0.4-0.6% and fantasy to 0.7-1.0%. The daily guaranteed amount grows but stays in the low-to-mid band. Most active accounts land in this cluster after a few months of regular play.
Cluster 3: High (levels 9-12). Cashback on games reaches 7-8%, rummy 0.7-0.8% and fantasy 1.0-1.2%. The daily guaranteed amount is materially larger. Level-up bonuses in this cluster are the single largest one-time rewards in the program.
Cluster 4: Top (levels 13-15). Cashback on games tops out at 10%, rummy at 1% and fantasy at 1.7%. The daily guaranteed amount reaches the upper bound of the published table. Maintenance is the strictest in this cluster - a missed maintenance cycle drops the account down one tier.
How the daily guarantee and the per-period limit actually settle
Two mechanics are the most misunderstood: the daily guaranteed amount and the per-period withdrawal limit. Both are explained below.
Daily guaranteed amount. Each level publishes a daily guaranteed amount. The amount is the lower bound of what the platform credits if the net result for the day is below it. It is not a free credit; it is a floor on the platform's contribution. To receive it, the account must have placed a qualifying bet during the day. The guaranteed amount settles on the next maintenance cycle, not in real time.
Per-period withdrawal limit. Each level publishes a withdrawal ceiling per period. The ceiling is the maximum amount the account can withdraw during the period without an additional review. Above the ceiling, the platform may pause the withdrawal and request additional verification. The verification window is usually 24-72 hours.
Free withdrawal count. Each level publishes a free withdrawal count per period. Withdrawals inside the count incur no platform fee. Withdrawals above the count incur the standard fee. Reset of the count aligns with the per-period reset; it does not align with calendar months.
Net loss vs gross loss. Cashback is calculated on net loss within the named category, not on gross loss. Net loss = total bets - total returns. A player who places ₹10,000 of bets and receives ₹9,500 in returns has a net loss of ₹500 and earns cashback only on that ₹500.
What a typical progression looks like over six months
The progression path below is a typical scenario, not a forecast. Use it as a planning aid, not as a guarantee.
Month 1. Account crosses the ₹1,000 threshold in the second week. The account enters the program at level 1. The daily guaranteed amount and the level-up bonus are small. Cashback is the headline value.
Month 2-3. Regular play moves the account through levels 2-4. Cashback on games climbs from 3% to 4%. The free withdrawal count covers most months. The per-period withdrawal limit is rarely approached.
Month 4-5. The account reaches the mid cluster (levels 5-7). Cashback on games reaches 5-6%. The daily guaranteed amount grows. Level-up bonuses are now larger one-time credits than at the entry cluster.
Month 6+. The account enters the high cluster. The daily guaranteed amount is materially larger. Maintenance becomes stricter. Players who skip the platform for a full maintenance cycle see the account drop one tier; players who maintain regular play see the account stabilise in the high cluster.
The progression is fastest in the first three months because the level-up threshold is lower at the entry cluster. After the account enters the mid cluster, each additional level requires more total bets than the previous one. Treat the first three months as the steepest part of the ladder.
Five short answers
Focused on this article only.
When does VIP enrollment start?
Enrollment begins once total bets cross ₹1,000. Bets placed before the threshold is reached count toward the threshold but do not earn VIP privileges.
How is cashback calculated?
Cashback is calculated on net losses in the named category (games, rummy or fantasy). The percentages range from 3-10% on games, 0.3-1% on rummy and 0.5-1.7% on fantasy depending on the level.
Are VIP privileges retroactive?
No. The level-up bonus, cashback and daily guaranteed amount apply from the level the account is on at the time the bet is placed. They do not apply to bets placed before the level was reached.
Can a VIP level decrease?
Yes. Prolonged inactivity or insufficient bets can move the account down the ladder on the next maintenance cycle. The exact maintenance rules are listed inside the app.
Where can I find the live VIP state?
Open the verified app and go to the VIP section. The live state is always inside the app. This article surfaces only the values present in the captured public source.
