Enrollment, progression and level maintenance
The VIP program has three mechanics: how you enrol, how you move up, and how you stay on a level.
Enrollment
Enrollment begins automatically once total bets cross ₹1,000. Until then, the account is not on the VIP ladder and does not earn cashback or the daily guaranteed amount. Bets count across games, rummy and fantasy categories.
Level progression
Each level carries a level-up bonus that is paid when the level is reached. The bonus amount is fixed per level (₹5 at VIP1, rising to ₹10,000 at VIP15). Progression is driven by cumulative bet volume and category mix - the exact thresholds are listed inside the app.
Daily guaranteed amount
The daily guaranteed amount is paid for a fixed window of days once the level is reached. VIP1 through VIP5 carry a 3-day window, VIP6 through VIP10 a 5-day window, VIP11 and VIP12 a 7-day window, VIP13 and VIP14 a 14-day window and VIP15 a 30-day window.
Cashback
Cashback percentages apply to net losses in the named category. Games, rummy and fantasy are separate categories with separate percentages. Mixing categories does not stack the percentages. Cashback is calculated and paid according to the operator's settlement cycle.
Fee-free withdrawals
VIP1 through VIP5 allow one fee-free withdrawal per period up to ₹10 Lakhs. VIP6 through VIP10 allow two per period up to ₹20 Lakhs. VIP11 through VIP15 allow three per period up to ₹50 Lakhs. Withdrawals above the fee-free limit carry the operator's standard processing fee.

Rummy

How the 15 levels group into four working clusters
Look at the ladder as four working clusters. Each cluster bundles five levels with the same guaranteed-day window, the same fee-free withdrawal count and the same cashback band. The ladder widens steadily across clusters, not in jumps.

Mid cluster (VIP6 through VIP10)
The mid cluster is where the ladder widens. VIP6 carries a ₹15 daily guaranteed amount for a 5-day window. VIP10, the highest in this cluster, carries a ₹50 daily guaranteed amount for a 5-day window. Games cashback steps from 5 percent at VIP6 to 7 percent at VIP10. Rummy cashback steps from 0.5 percent at VIP6 to 0.7 percent at VIP10. Fantasy cashback moves from 0.9 percent at VIP6 to 1.2 percent at VIP10. The level-up bonus scales aggressively, from ₹50 at VIP6 to ₹500 at VIP10. Cashback band mechanics
Cashback is calculated on net losses per category. Games cashback sits between 3 percent at VIP1 and 10 percent at VIP15. Rummy cashback sits between 0.3 percent and 1 percent. Fantasy cashback sits between 0.5 percent and 1.7 percent. Categories are independent; the operator's settlement cycle decides when the cashback is credited.
Free-withdrawal mechanics
Fee-free withdrawals are counted per period, with a fee-free limit. Entry cluster: one per period up to ₹10 Lakhs. Mid cluster: two per period up to ₹20 Lakhs. Maintenance cycles run on the same cadence as the cashback settlement cycle, so cashback and level-change events arrive together.
What does not affect level
Lucky streaks, single-session wins, single-session losses and bonus outcomes do not directly change VIP level. Net negative or net positive volume across the cycle decides the maintenance outcome. Promo entries that are settled as zero-stake practice rounds do not count toward the cumulative-bet threshold.
Level-up bonus, when does it pay
The level-up bonus is paid once when the cumulative-bet threshold for the next level is reached. Players who have just enrolled at VIP1 receive the ₹5 level-up bonus on top of the VIP1 daily guaranteed window. Cashback is calculated from settlement onwards, not from the moment the level is reached. The level-up bonus, the daily guaranteed amount and the cashback are three independent math tracks; they do not stack or share a pot.
Why the cluster reading matters
Most players do not walk the full ladder from VIP1 to VIP15. They sit in one cluster for a long stretch.
