Settlement cycles

How each provider's games settle on the operator's cycle

Each provider's games settle on its own cycle. The cycle decides when the result is recorded, when the wagering requirement is met and when the cashback is calculated.

Live-dealer cycle

Live-dealer rounds close at the table close. Round results are recorded at the close. Cashback is calculated on the live-dealer cycle, separately from the slot cycle.

Slot cycle

Slot spins settle per spin, at the spin's outcome moment. The spin receipt records the outcome. Wagering requirement progress is updated in real time on the slot cycle.

In-house cycle

In-house games (crash, arcade, dice, mine, plinko) settle per round, at the round close. The round receipt records the multiplier and the cash-out amount.

Tournament cycle

Tournaments settle at the end of the published schedule. The leaderboard closes and the prize is credited to the eligible accounts.

Cashback cycle

Cashback is calculated per category on the cashback cycle. Live-dealer, slot and in-house categories each carry their own cashback percentage on the VIP ladder.

Why the cycles matter

The cycle decides when the result is recorded. If a wagering requirement depends on the cycle, the requirement is met when the cycle records the result. Do not assume instant settlement on slow-cycle games.
